Yes and no.  Beer will be available - free at afterglows - and you can drink
on-site.  You can't drink and shoot fireworks and you can't be overtly
intoxicated.  As always, moderation when in the public.  If it looks like
you are a danger to someone or something, you may be asked to leave and dry
out.  ;-}
