Just an update, Russ an I stopped by and met with Loree and Victor. We helped inventory what they had, guessing 200 lbs of chems. About an even split between air float, german blackhead, potassium nitrate/perclorate. There are a few other misc tubes and such. Victor was not willing to let go of much but we did buy a little perc and and aluminum. Nice people, Victor has a long way to being back to where he once was but Loree will let us know if he wishes to sell more. BTW, Victor, before his injury would have been a great asset to the club, was a scientist for NASA.

I just spoke to Loree, I’m stopping by tomorrow afternoon to visit her unless someone else beats me there ;-). Her husband does not want her to sell the items but she said his medial condition will not allow him to get back into the hobby.

I am reposting this for another individual in the Pyro community.
I've been contacted by a nice lady in Lincoln, Nebraska whose pyro husband had a stroke and is no longer able to continue with his hobby. He had accumulated a significant quantity of chemicals, which she would like to move along, hopefully recouping some of the cost. She says the the stash includes Mg, KNO3, AP, German Black Al, Sulfur, and a whole lot more - most of these in 5 pound quantities or more. There is also some tumbling media, rocket tubes, and I assume tooling. I'd imagine for someone who knew what they were looking for, there's quite a bit of stuff associated with this that needs to go too, though her main concern is to move the chemicals along.
Could someone in her vicinity please reach out and see if you can help her out. Her name is Loree and can be reached at 402 540-8024, email is lkirill at lps.org
Also wondering is someone on the PGI mailing system could repost this for me.
Thanks,
Steve Wilson, WPA
